Nobody gets better green, not even the big slick outfits
who imply that they have special connections around the
world. In fact, they are buying from the same brokers we
use.
We
roast your coffee in what is know as a fluid bed roaster.
A powerful blower keeps the beans suspended in air, instead
of turning them in a drum. We feel that our method offers
the cleanest roast with no trace of tar or smoke. We roast
only 200-300 pounds of coffee a day-- not enough to even
register in the industry's computations--but it is freshly
batch roasted to order.
