We don’t fight the customer. If someone is not happy with our coffee, we replace it, for whatever reason. We average one or two complaints a year. Last year, for example, an espresso stand complained that the coffee tasted bad. We suspected that the problem wasn’t the coffee at all, but neglected brewing equipment. When we showed up with replacement coffee we also checked the brewers and water supply lines. The problem was the equipment after all and every- thing has been fine ever since.
